Martha is a member of Rumble Boxing Princeton and has been a member before the studio doors officially opened. She has been attending classes since the day it opened its doors on 12/11/2023.

 

FUN FACTS:

āŒ Martha has completed a total of 240 classes as of 6/5/24

āŒ  Martha completed two Rumble Challenges: Rumble Radness Challenge and Spring Training Challenge.

āŒ During the Spring Training Challenge in May, Martha completed 57 classes.

WHY DID YOU TAKE ON SPRING TRAINING?

Definitely to boost my overall fitness and to test how much by body could take both physically and mentally. After all, it is thru the consistent work we put in that we are then able to see our growth and improvement. I also really liked the grand prize!

WHAT DID YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE WORKOUTS DURING SPRING TRAINING?

I ENJOYED A MIX OF BOTH >> build-- Loved the heavy lifting. AND burn-- building stamina & endurance.

HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER TAKING ON THE RUMBLE CHALLENGE?

I feel proud and satisfied. Iā€™m so very happy to have achieved the goal I set for myself. I know my self-discipline improved, and it was good to get out of my comfort zone. My body felt great and mentally I was on cloud nine!
