BOXING CAN HELP MANAGE SYMPTOMS FOR MOVEMENT DISORDERS

❌ Boxing is a huge proponent to improve hand-eye coordination  -- many times this is a symptom that affects people living with Parkinson’s disease
❌  Non-combat exercises can slow the progression of Parkinson's disease symptoms
❌ Boxing can improve reaction time, balance, agility and gait
❌ Boxing can also help cognitive processing by remembering combos, or patterns, and applying the pattern through the body
❌ Cognitive processing with following directions, remembering a pattern and applying the
pattern through the body and boxing.
❌  Sounds and breath work used in boxing can also support a soft voice disorder, a symptom of PD

For the second annual year, Rumble Boxing partnered with The Michael J. Fox Foundation, the world's largest nonprofit funder of Parkinson's disease (PD) research.
Rumble Boxing studios across the country gloved up to support Team Fox with fundraising classes and collecting donations.
Our Co-Founder, Noah Neiman, traveled throughout the country to host live panel discussions with Team Fox advocates.
